These general terms and conditions govern all sales of products and services offered by TreadPro to individuals or businesses (hereinafter referred to as “the customer”), whether professional or non-professional, who place an order through phone, email, message, or online via our application or website. These terms form a binding agreement between the customer and TreadPro.

TreadPro offers emergency mobile tyre fitting services across the UK, typically within 90 minutes to 2 hours of order confirmation or payment. Delivery times may vary based on the customer’s location and tyre brand preference.

We supply budget, mid-range, and premium tyres, subject to availability at the time of order. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the product and service details provided.

3. Placing an Order

3.1 Website Access

TreadPro’s website is publicly accessible 24/7 year-round. However, periodic maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may affect availability temporarily.

Orders can be placed by calling our support team, using our mobile application, emailing us, or messaging us directly.

3.2 Customer Reviews

3.4 Accuracy of Information

Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate details. Any inaccuracies, including incorrect tyre size or postcode, may result in additional charges.

If a wheel locking nut is missing, the customer must notify us. If not informed, any damage caused by forced removal may incur extra fees.

3.5 Product Selection

Customers should specify if they prefer budget, mid-range, or premium tyres. If no preference is provided, we will supply a suitable mid-range or budget tyre based on availability.

Cancellations are only accepted within 5 minutes after payment confirmation. After that, cancellations are not permitted due to the emergency nature of our service.

4. Payment Policy

TreadPro accepts payments via debit/credit card, and bank transfer. All card payments are securely processed and protected by 3D Secure protocols. We do not store or have access to card data.

Card payments are processed immediately and are non-reversible. Bank transfers must include the order reference in the payment notes.

5. Ownership and Liability

Ownership of the tyre(s) transfers to the customer upon payment and delivery. TreadPro is not liable for any damage or loss after ownership has transferred.

6. Warranty

TreadPro guarantees product quality and service reliability through the following warranty coverage:

Covers premature wear under normal driving conditions. Damage from potholes, reckless driving, or misuse is not covered.

6.2 Workmanship Warranty

We guarantee proper installation. Any issues related to service must be reported promptly for assessment.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Misuse or neglect
  • Commercial or racing use
  • Cosmetic or sidewall damage
  • Tyres altered by unauthorised parties

Warranty Claims:
Claims require proof of service. Tyres may be returned for inspection, and if fault lies with us, shipping and replacement costs will be reimbursed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Neither party is liable for non-performance unless it is a result of gross negligence or fraud. Liability is limited to direct, foreseeable damages.

8. Force Majeure

If unforeseen events beyond either party’s control prevent fulfilment of obligations, the contract may be paused or terminated. Neither party is liable for delays or non-performance caused by such events.
